We just returned from a wonderful week in Maui visiting Nana. Despite having to tussle with a tsunami on Thursday night & Friday morning, we had a fantastic time.
This was the sunset on our first night. One of the things I loved about Maui was the abundance of humpback whales just off the coast. At almost any given moment you could see them blowing water, bobbing along, or jumping out of the water. One of them decided to spray some mist during our sunset.
More about the whales in a few days. I'll probably be posting about this trip for a week or two. We had such a great family time that I'd like to jot down some memories. Thanks Nana!
