Every year the expectations get higher and higher. Our department is on for hosting our monthly lunch today and I got signed up for butter again. I just wasn't feeling the Christmas theme tug, so I decided to pay respect to our lowly Broncos instead. Not my best effort, but I think everyone will enjoy it.

Perhaps you can do butter sculptures for weddings on a part time basis? Ice Sculpting is so last decade.
