Birthday Bike!

Megan's birthday present from us was a new bike. Her Disney Princess bike served her well and she had logged many, many miles on it(no I don't track her bike miles the way I do my running miles!). She hinted several months ago that she needed a bigger bike because her seat was raised to its highest point, and in our words, she was "growing like a weed". But ever since winter hit (in September), she forgot about her bike request.


She was so excited to find this bike at the end of a house-wide scavenger hunt. It's a dark purple Diamondback with thick mountain bike tires. It has a gritty, feminine look to it. This bike has 6 gears, no peddle brakes & no kickstand! Megan knows she's graduated to the big time bike scene now!
