Happy Birthday Tanya!

I bet you're all just dying to know how we're going to celebrate?? Well, Tanya is to, so I can't reveal it here! Unfortunately, she has to wait until tomorrow for the real fun. I can tell you that tomorrow morning we are heading up to the mountains to cut down our Christmas tree! It is supposed to snow again, so we might have a similar winter wonderland experience to last year. Later on we have some friends watching the girls so we can go out! Stay tuned for a recap on Monday. Oh yeah...this picture was taken last weekend. We ventured to Breckenridge for the day. Sadly, it was only to explore...not ski! What a cool town!

Celebrating 70 Years!

It's Party time, and we're celebrating the wonderful life of my mom. First off, she walked into a sea of 70 balloons. At closer look, she realized that each one had a note attached with words of appreciation and love for her from my brother's family. Nice touch, Can you believe the streamer decorating job that Woody pulled off?! After all these years, I'm still learning new things about him! I love the detail and the word "ALOHA". Perfect. Next up...Minute to Win It games. This was so much fun! Everyone really got into it and had a lot of laughs. Woody bravely held the target while we all shot rubber bands until our cup fell... Some serious cup stacking... Finally, we feasted on a hawaiian theme inspired meal and bund-tinis for dessert. It was a delight to celebrate such a wonderful woman. We are so thankful that she is in our lives and loves us so much. Happy Birthday, Mom. We love you!

We've got a 1st Grader on our hands!

The day before our CA trip was Megan's last day of kindergarten. She was very sad to have it end after an amazing year with Mrs. Arro. Tanya & I can't believe how much Megan has "grown up" in the last year. Kind of scary to be quite honest. One of the parents put together a year in review slideshow.
