Happy Day Of Sugar!

I'm pretty sure Easter is at the top of our list for the holiday where the most sugar was consumed. We didn't plan it that way, but looking back over the day, we're amazed at how much made it into our girls' mouths.


The morning started with Tanya's sweet "bunny" pancakes. What would the fun be without a pile of chocolate chips and marshmallows to complete the face?


Prior to the pancakes, Megan & Zoe got to each eat an "Easter Story Cookie". The girls had made them the night before while going through the Easter story. The cookies had to sit overnight and "rise", so they weren't ready until Easter morning.


After the pancakes it was off to church for some homemade cinnamon rolls.
