The girls both have parties at school this week celebrating V-day. We decided to make crayon hearts for their classmates, which ended up being much more of a project for me than them. In the end we got all 32 of them made and our house smelled like a wax factory.
Wishing you all a very happy day tomorrow! (Posted by Tanya)
Very clever idea and reusable - very green.
ReplyDeleteWhat a fun project!
ReplyDeleteYou're amazing Tanya! So, did you just cut them up and melt them in the oven...or is there more to it than that? :)
ReplyDeleteYep, you just peel the covers off, break up the crayons and put them in a mold. Then cook at 275 for 10-15min. Let them cool and pop them out.
