You nailed it Rachel! Nice work. Nana...you were very close with your "swirling" guess. On Christmas Eve, we bribed the girls with glow necklaces if they behaved during our church service. They did and got the goods in the car on the way home. This picture is of Megan swinging a different color in each arm. If you look closely, you can make out her head/body in the center.
