Cardigan Mountain Orchard

Cardigan Mountain Orchard
Zoe & I just returned from visiting my family in New Hampshire. We had a fantastic trip and I'll share some of the memories this week.

On Thursday, we caught a break in the rain and ventured out to Cardigan Mountain Orchards. A typical New England Autumn was in full swing and there was no better way to take it all in than by visiting an apple orchard. We had a great time hiking around, taking in the views, and picking up colorful leaves & wildflowers for a special project Grammie & Zoe worked on that afternoon.

All was going great until I (the smooth Dad) caught some of Zoe's neck skin in her zipper. She screamed and it took about 15 minutes until she was back to having a good time.

  1. Those one-on-one trips with Dad are the best - your girls will savor them!

  2. Gees Woody - lightened up - Was this wonderful picture before or after the neck skin attack? Sure looks pretty - looks like Zoe likes "Duke" couldn't remember his name but he looks like a Duke to me.
