Go Team!

Megan had her first soccer practice last Thursday. She had a good time despite feeling shy at the beginning.


Part of the success needs to be attributed to Coach Kyle. He's great and really made Megan feel comfortable. One of the first things he taught them was how to come together in a huddle and with all hands in the circle...shout "Go Team"! I'm pretty sure this simple group activity may be one of Megan's highlights of the season.


From the picture you'd think Megan is the only girl on the pee wee "Maniacs" team. It's actually about 50/50.


We celebrated the first practice with a stop off at Dairy Queen. Not that we ever "need" a reason to go there!
