Just because Tanya got to go skiing on Saturday, that didn't mean we sat around moping. Nope, we ventured out to the Children's Museum. Upon arrival, we made a beeline to the workshop area. We grabbed our materials and Megan & I made a lunch box out of that Goldfish box. Very cool. What did Zoe do? Her job was to throw all the unneeded clippings in the trash. Then she & I sawed a board in two...quite exciting I tell you.
We brought our lunch to the museum, but spontaneously stopped at Wendy's on the way home to split a Frosty...despite Megan informing me that Mommy never lets them have ice cream after lunch.
So what do you think was the first thing they told Tanya about their day when she walked in the door?
Mommy - Daddy let us have ice cream after lunch!(Been there) Thats how you get to be the hero and bad guy at the same moment :-)

ReplyDeleteOh Martha...you should know better than to ask that question! Megan is now at the stage where she puts her own clips in.
