Plop!

Plop!
Last Friday night, we had a little family fun and colored some Easter eggs. It was quite an experience with Zoe in the mix this year.

I tried giving Zoe a quick lesson in how to use the little wire egg holder for lowering the eggs into the dye. So what kind of teacher was I? Well, her initial stunt was to grab her first egg and heave it into the cup of yellow dye! Yellow liquid sprayed everywhere.

Her final stunt was to take two of the nicely colored eggs and try using them for cymbals! You can imagine the eggs didn't fare too well.

  1. Mommy - Did you hard boil the eggs first? Nice ears Zoe! It all makes for good memories -

  2. When Andy did ours, he did great until we got to the final step... sticker application. He would put the stickers on the eggs and then press super hard until the egg would break.
