Cookie! Yum, yum, yum, yum....

We chose a Cookie Monster themed party for Zoe based on her love for the blue creature. It all began when she noticed that there were Sesame Street characters on the front of her diapers. When she saw the diaper with Cookie Monster's mugshot on it, she would say repeatedly what you will find on our Sound Bites page. You will also notice when you go listen that it took two takes to get the desired sound bite. Take one is the reason Zoe does not have more sound bites. She just doesn't like to perform on command. Seems she was still dreaming about Halloween night.

The featured activity of the party was allowing the kids to decorate their own cookies. Tanya supplied all sorts of toppings. It took all of about 20 seconds before the toppings began to pile up. It was painful, yet fun to watch the kids shake the sprinkles on their cookies for literally 30 seconds. The sprinkles would land everywhere and the table soon became a sandbox of colored dots. Above is one of the more impressive creations.
