What a full weekend we had. Here's some of the highlights: the start of Nana & Papa's holiday visit, a nighttime drive to look at the ridiculous (meaning cool) Xmas lights in our town, Mike Heldt's 30th birthday fiesta in Castle Rock, nursery duty at church & to finish the weekend off...Finding Nemo on Ice at the Denver Coliseum!
On Sunday morning Katie came over and she and Megan got to make sugar cookies. They loved the cookie cutters. Megan actually uses cookie cutters on just about everything she eats...PB&J sandwiches, pancakes, etc. For some reason, it's just much more exciting eating a sandwich shaped like a snowman than just a regular ole sandwich. It's been so fun watching Megan and Katie play together.

What a great picture! Megans great-grandma Heldt always had her tongue "partially" out whiled working or baking - but not quite this enthusiastic. Woody, where is spell check on this site?
