On Thanksgiving morning, Megan & I went for a quick swim in 'the pool'. It's quite amusing to see Megan bopping up and down...she never stops moving, which doesn't make for the most relaxing dip in the jacuzzi. The other thing she won't stop doing is splashing. Our jacuzzi is right up next to one of our kitchen windows, so by the time our outing at 'the pool' is done, our kitchen window has water streaming down the pane. Thus we created the 'splash corner'. In the far corner of the jacuzzi, Megan is allowed to splash. Some water still hits the window, but not much.
PS: Tanya was out the door at 6:15am on Friday. I woke her up at 6:00 and said 'hey, you know you don't have to do this.' She grumbled something. 5 minutes later she was downstairs with a little skip in her step. There's not too many things I can think of that would get her out of bed when the opportunity for more sleep is presented.
Should we bring our suits too?

ReplyDeleteIf you prefer cooler water, you can take a dip w/ Grumpy and Dorothy. There was a thin layer of ice on their pond this morning.
