Megan's first experience playing on a softball team ended on Wednesday night. It was a short season and Megan gave it a fun factor score of 9 out of 10. Her team, the Wildcats, was made up of almost all first time players. While they played some talented teams, the league was very low-key.
Megan got to pitch on two occasions.

We'll see what next year brings, but we're thankful for her friend who invited Megan to play. And for her friend's dad who coached the team. This experience did get Zoe very interested, so maybe we'll have two softball players next summer.
heres a little bragging - megan made a number of base hits and also (playing shortstop) made some outs with acatch and a quick throw to first base.
