We're starting to recover a bit from our busy trip to the mountains. The Leadville 100 was a success and I'll share more about that next week. After the race, we spent two more days on a mini-vacation. One day we drove Independence Pass over to Aspen. After lunch, we found these fountains downtown and let the girls get a little wet. Zoe eventually got drenched, while Megan played it safe. Big surprise! Zoe then help the poor dog above with retrieving his ball from the fountain.
Just as I got up to shoot a quick video, lil' Snappy the white dog came along and stole he show. Unfortunately, a boy named Arthur didn't seem to notice Snappy's antics. Have no fear, Arthur was just fine in the end.
