I bet you're all just dying to know how we're going to celebrate?? Well, Tanya is to, so I can't reveal it here! Unfortunately, she has to wait until tomorrow for the real fun.
I can tell you that tomorrow morning we are heading up to the mountains to cut down our Christmas tree! It is supposed to snow again, so we might have a similar winter wonderland experience to last year.
Later on we have some friends watching the girls so we can go out! Stay tuned for a recap on Monday.
Oh yeah...this picture was taken last weekend. We ventured to Breckenridge for the day. Sadly, it was only to explore...not ski! What a cool town!
Happy Birthday, friend! I am so thankful for you and our special friendship. You are an amazing example to me of one who loves well...first God and then others. May you have a special day feeling especially loved!
ReplyDeleteHappy Birthday, T! I *miss* you. I, too, am thankful for your friendship over the years. You're a gem! Love and Hugs!
ReplyDeleteHappy Birthday, Precious Daughter! When I describe you to people who do not know you I say you are like a carrott not a radish - your beautiful all the way through not just on he outside. As the song says "God took a little more time when he made you".
ReplyDeleteWoody - A big smile crosses my face when I read your going to surprise her - I love the way you treat Tanya - When she is happy, I am happy.
ReplyDeleteI enjoy your Colorado pictures. I am a graduate of Colorado State U. (1958) Each picture with mountains in it brings back memories of good times in the Rockies. My first sking experience was in 1955 at Hidden Valley in Estes Park.
