Chef in Charge

We love to bake around here. Actually, we love to eat baked goods, thus the baking.


Last week I decided Megan was old enough to take a leadership role at the mixer. So, I stepped aside and let her take over. She relished in the role, carefully reading the recipe and following it to a T. She also assumed the role of delegating duties to Zoe, who was allowed to crack the eggs and get the old bananas mashed and ready (hmmm...both messy, both things the head baker didn't want to do).


It's been said that the test of a great baker is in the goods, and her chocolate chip banana bread was delicious! (Posted by Tanya)
