Coming Along...

Megan has been playing spring soccer and what a difference a year makes! She has really grown in her skills and confidence. Coach Mark is awesome and is such an amazing influence in her life. It was only last season that Megan avoided any and all confrontation on the field. She would not approach another player to go after the ball. As you can see above, she's getting much more comfortable with it!


The big story from last Saturday's game was that Megan scored her first ever goal! It wasn't a fluke either. She got the ball and dribbled around two players before kicking a solid strike past the goalie. She acted as though it was no big deal. But meanwhile, Tanya & I were on the sidelines picking our jaws up off the grass! Who was that girl out there?!?


Hopefully this nice spring weather continues as we're all having a great time out at the soccer field.
