Maui Trip - Day Four

Maui Trip - Day Four
Tanya & I are in agreement that the favorite memories from our trip centered around experiencing the girls snorkeling for the first time. Megan & Zoe were a little nervous about how to do it and what they might see. But they both picked it up quickly and were always up for heading out for an adventure to find some fish or a sea turtle.

On Wednesday, we drove a little south to a beach where we hung out for most of the day. There was a coral reef just off-shore which provided some outstanding snorkeling. Megan got a little cold, but Zoe seemed not to notice. One highlight was finding a small eel hiding out in the coral.

While on land, we easily passed the time away building the world's largest drip castle. You weren't allowed to touch the castle, only drip watery sand on it and watch it grow. What you see represents over an hour of work!

We also had a major splash fight with Mom & Zoe taking on Dad. Can you guess who won?

All in all it was a perfect day at the beach!
