Singing Beach

Singing Beach
During our New Hampshire vacation, we took one day and drove down to the North Shore of Boston. This is where Tanya & I met and spent a lot of time during our college & post-college years. Over the next week or so, we're going to post about the five adventures we had throughout the day. We had a blast taking the girls to some of our special spots.

Our first destination was Singing Beach in the town of Manchester-by-the-Sea. This beach is known for its singing sand. When you shuffle your feet in the dry sand, it makes a squeaking sound. That is not why this beach rocks. It's an incredibly beautiful stretch of coastline in a picturesque New England town.

We walked to the eastern end and sat on some rocks while the girls played in the sand and water.
