We've been asked several times since we shared Rocky's name, just how we decided upon it. Well, Megan's list is what kept us on track and it was too cute not to share. I love her little commentary along the way. This list was compiled over several days of brainstorming.
It came down to Pickles, Peanut or Rocky. Megan & Zoe were not happy about the Pickles option despite our best attempts to convince them otherwise. Peanut is a good name, but we ultimately decided upon Rocky for the Colorado connection. Obviously you've got the Rocky Mountains, but Rocky is also the name of the Denver Nuggets supermascot.
When we got the 5 week old picture, we all agreed that he looked like a genuine Rocky, so the decision was easy!
