We ventured out on the lake of glass and had it to ourselves for about an hour. Slowly, the fishermen came out in their canoes. As the fish jumped around us, Zoe kept her finger in the water in hopes a fish might latch on and she could say she caught one!
Megan got to take her solo maiden voyage in a kayak. She's actually pretty good at it. The writing is on the wall. Our kayaking days are dwindling. Tanya & I are going to be left on the shore very soon while the girls take to the water without us.
