Here's a shot of our attempt at s'mores on Saturday night. The drops started to fall right after we got the fire going. Fortunately, it was hot enough to withstand the rain. It only took about 20 minutes of watching the fire from our stadium seats until we could finally start roasting.
This trip ushered in a new horizon in s'more making. The Craig's brought Reese's Peanut Butter Cups. The routine was the same: Graham cracker, roasted marshmallow & a peanut butter cup. It's as good as it sounds.
Okay, this camping thing looks too fun! Mike and I better give it a go next summer.
