My brother and his family made it back from their camping trip to southwestern CO in time to take in the festivities on the fourth. In the morning we made our way over to Scott & Catrina's neighborhood for the annual kids bike parade. All the kids decorate their bikes & scooters with red, white & blue and then follow a big fire engine on a loop around the neighborhood.
Well, the fire truck moved a little fast for Megan & Emma, so they didn't get to complete the full loop. Nate on the other hand was about 2 feet off the back bumper of the fire truck the whole time!
It was very hot on the fourth. So after the parade they had free sno-cones for all...even the adults!
This is priceless!
