What would a camping trip be without ice cream??
We found a shop in downtown Estes Park that sold "Blue Bell" ice cream. We hadn't heard of that brand before, but we learned from Scott & Catrina that Blue Bell ice cream is a very popular in Texas.
Zoe just couldn't resist the "Crazy Colors" flavor. It's actually just vanilla with a whole bunch of food coloring. Enough to stain your lips, teeth, and anything else it came in contact with.
