Fun Butter Part II
After my Italian Butter experiment several months back, I've developed a reputation at work I must uphold. My co-workers really liked my carving of Italy and informed me that I can never just bring plain old butter again.


Well, we had another staff lunch last week and the pressure was on to come through with another form of creative butter. So going with the Fall theme, I opted for leaves. I wondered if colored sugar would taste funny on bread, but it was actually pretty good.


I'm off again for another couple months, so I need to start planning what my next creation will be.
