Breakthrough Week

Zoe has had a big week. She has made huge progress in the potty training arena. She is down to diapers only at night with no accidents in days. She still has a little ways to go on alerting us to the incoming number II, but she's been awesome! It's hard to believe that we might (and I say might) soon be done with diapers for good!


So Zoe has been getting one M&M every time she goes potty. Somehow Megan feels she's entitled to one too after each of Zoe's successes. It's funny to see Megan get really excited each time we ask Zoe if she needs to go.


Not only has potty training taken off, but she also graduated to big girl bed. I was very leery of having her shift to a big girl bed after we had a horrible experience with Megan making that transition. Zoe also was very content with her crib, so why fix what ain't broke? One week into the big girl bed experience and she has been superb. She stays in bed and doesn't get out and then waits for us to get her in the morning. We feel very lucky!
