Nana has been visiting this week and has brought with her some extra special Christmas cheer...along with her normal fun cheer. A part of this has involved opening a couple gifts each night so the girls don't get too overwhelmed doing them all at once. I really like doing it this way because it pains me to see them open a gift that I know they love...only to toss it on the ground and head to the tree to find another.
This gift from Nana came at a good time. Zoe was quite excited about her blue friend. She immediately started conversing with him at his level..."Cookie! Yum, yum, yum.." I almost thought about trying to re-record the Sound Bite from a few weeks ago, but then realized that she would no doubt respond this time around with something like, "Jingle Bells".
