Goggles

There's something wonderful about sitting in a lounge chair in an incredibly humid room with your toes in the water when it's 52 degrees outside. I have come to love the rec center pool for the very reason that I can pretend it's summer for an hour. It's perfect, because when I'm ready to be done with the hot and humid, we just go outside where we are greeted with a brisk chill. I've taken the girls a couple times in the last week and they love it. Zoe has absolutely NO fear of wading in towards the deep end alone, so occasionally you will see me lunging over to her to make sure she doesn't fall. Megan likes to practice swimming in the shallow pool and flips and flops around till the "safety whistle" blows at the top of the hour and we have to get out. (Posted by Tanya)
