We got back on Saturday from a week in Minnesota visiting family. We went straight from the airport up to Longmont to pick up Rocky. After almost a full weekend, he's definitely a keeper.
The girls are lovin' him up, but they were certainly a little surprised by a few things. First of all, Rocky has those needle-like teeth and he knows how to use them. Megan & Zoe are a quite fearful of his soft, but prickly grip on their toes and fingers. They also learned that puppies need to be taught how to go for a walk. We ventured out on a walk this afternoon and Rocky wanted to sit and soak in the sun instead.
So far so good with our attempts to housebreak him. We've only had one accident of both numbers in the house.
I'll post another shot later in the week with an update on our progress with him.
