Mother's Day Part II

We had a picnic at Westlands Park on Sunday. It was a beautiful day and it was great to be outside.


Here is Zoe's first ever Mother's Day interview. She needs a little practice in her Q&A skills, but I guess since she's three, we'll cut her some slack.


Dad: What is your favorite thing to do with Mommy?


Zoe: Go on a play date with Anna...and all Megan's friends from preschool. I like to play "puter" games with her and go outside.


Dad: What is your favorite thing Mommy makes for you to eat?


Zoe: Vegetables.


Dad: Vegetables? No...you're kidding. What is your favorite things she makes you to eat?


Zoe: Breakfast.


Dad: What does Mommy dream about?


Zoe: Being taller just like you.


Dad: What does Mommy do for work all day?


Zoe: She doesn't go to work. We go to a dolphin movie that goes down into the ocean...with the whales.


Dad: What does Mommy like to do for fun?


Zoe: Make crafts. And go outside and play with us. And go on adventures...to the Field.


Dad: What part of Mommy’s body do you think is the most beautiful? Why?


Zoe: Her cheeks. Because I just like them.


Dad: Is there any other part you think is beautiful?


Zoe: Nope!


Dad: Why do you love Mommy?


Zoe: Because I love her to make mac 'n cheese. And cause I just like her.


Dad: Why is your mommy the best mommy in the whole world?


Zoe: Because she just is!
