Our little actress...

As I mentioned yesterday, Tanya & Zoe came up on Saturday to join in our camping fun. We took them back to Panorama Point, but by mid afternoon it wasn't so panoramic. Clouds and cold air came it and blocked our view. Then the snow started to fall! As we hiked around a bit, we came upon the "Barcalounger" tree. Seems all our activities really tuckered Megan out!

After our hike, we went back to the campsite for our first ever campfire in snow! It was only 3:00pm and the snow was coming down hard, but that didn't stop us from busting out the marshmallows! Our justification was that we didn't know if there would be too much snow on the ground later that evening to have a fire. Fortunately, the snow didn't accumulate and it stopped around dinner...just in time to get some late afternoon sun!
