The day has come once again to quit training and get on with the main event. The Denver 1/2 Marathon is Sunday morning. I'm quite excited because this time around I'm feeling healthy going into it. Last May, my knee got tweaked one week before the race and it made for a painful run. As of today, all is well and I'm hoping to run a better time. My goal is to finish at or under 1:45:00. Check back Monday for the outcome.
