Kelsey and Megan are two peas in a pod. Put them together and you're bound to experience some fun memories. I heard Scott say on our trip the phrase 'Monkey see, monkey do'. That totally sums up the majority of their interactions.
It must be that we hit peak dandelion season in the mountains, because no matter where we went, we were treating to the little yellow blooms. We'll post a picture next week that captures the essence of what I'm talking about.
Lastly, I'm sad to report that we've had a member of the family go missing. Grumpy, our white koi fish has flown the coop. Normally this time of year our two fish are very active in the pond. Since Grumpy is white, it's quite easy to spot him. The other day I realized I hadn't seen him in a while. After an extensive search, we came to grips that he is no more. We're not sure what happened, but suspect a fox or big bird got him. So Dorothy rules the roost now as she reigns over our 50 koi minnows. We have not shared the news with Megan, who gave him such a great name.
