The moment we had been waiting for arrived. We found the tree! It was pretty homely, but we loved it. I shook the tree to get the snow off its branches and then crouched down and started to push the snow away from the base. We got the camera out and were ready for the first cut and then....what the?? Blades were fly every which way. The saw seemed to explode on me. Five minutes later I had everything under control and our tree was cut. I would have had Megan join me in the cutting, but she was too busy eating snow.
